Return & Refund Policy of AMC CRAZE 

1. Returns Eligibility

At AMC CRAZE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request for damaged, defective, or incorrect deliver product is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted. 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Accessories and personal use items (for hygiene reasons)

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order - support@amccraze.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photo/video proof
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days
  • Refunds may be processed via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Store credit (if applicable)
    • Original payment method (if prepaid order)

 

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • At this time their will be no charge on customer for return 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applied) 

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@amccraze.com
