Return & Refund Policy of AMC.US LLC

1. Returns Eligibility

At AMC.US LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request for damaged, defective, or incorrect deliver product is made within 30 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
• Accessories and personal use items (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order - support@amccraze.com
2. Provide your order number and clear photo/video proof
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days
• Refunds may be processed via:
• Bank transfer
• Store credit (if applicable)
• Original payment method (if prepaid order)

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

At this time their will be no charge on customer for return shipping

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Contact your bank or payment provider
